The compressor groups of Iseco: specialized refrigeration in a compact trolley.

Iseco design its compressor groups especially for the use in its compact trolleys. Trolleys based on the one-tray system, like the Vitalis, require a delicate balance between the hot/to be heated side and the refrigerated side. Iseco compressor groups are especially adapted to this purpose, enabling a delicate control of the cold air flow and allowing for an optimized spread of cold between the different meal levels.Technology and construction are adapted to the demanding conditions of large scale food services:

• Compact and light but strong construction, for easily manoeuvrable trolleys.
• A short delay in the start of the compressor group, to avoid simultaneous start of a larger number of trolley compressors, which could lead to an overload of the electric installation.
• A clever construction allowing the evaporator to be cleaned easily and economically with disinfectants.

In case of intensive external transport, Iseco offers the Stand Fresh, a separate compressor docking unit.
